Going against the grain, three talent leaders left the world of internal recruitment in 2019 to embark on a new journey - to deliver truly exceptional scale-up solutions to the wider world of tech. Techruiter has very quickly become one of the UK's fastest-growing tech recruiting startups - and now has expanded into the United States. Techruiter was ever-growing and needed to update their brand to match their image as one of the UK's leading tech recruiters as well as preparing for their expansion to the US. The previous logo and general look and feel were designed by the founders using an online graphics tool. The ideology was built around being shouty but humanistic and clean. The visual identity combines dramatic headlines and catchy one-liners with bold colour systems and graphics reinforced by strong yet authentic imagery.
We employed advanced graphic systems and mechanisms to ensure the use of a constant brand look and feel such as the perfect smile finder tool to aura cluster placement systems.
